Confirmation of CFO
Appointment
Further to the announcement made on
7 November 2024, TPXimpact is pleased to confirm that Noel Douglas
has now joined TPXimpact today, Monday, 3 February, as Chief
Financial Officer (CFO) and Company
Secretary. Noel has also joined the Board with immediate
effect.
Richard Griffiths, who has been acting as interim Chief Financial
Officer since 1 January, will continue in his role as Group Finance
Director.
Bjorn Conway, Chief Executive Officer,
