Wise has today published its Annual
Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024 (the "2024
Annual Report").
In accordance with LR9.6.3 R of the
Listing Rules, the 2024 Annual Report has been submitted to the
Financial Conduct Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and
will shortly be available for public inspection at:
https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
In compliance with rule 6.3.5 (3) of
the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the 2024 Annual
Report can also be viewed on the Company's website:
