(NASDAQ: ICTS), a leading provider of advanced security services, reported on Friday, October 13, 2006 as follows: As previously reported the Company had received notice of delisting based on the Company�s failure to timely file its annual report on Form 20-F. The Company appealed and subsequent to the hearing filed its annual report on Form 20-F prior to any decision by the Hearing Panel. As a result of the filing Nasdaq determined that the Company failed to meet the required $10 million shareholder equity required by Marketplace Rule 4450(a)(3). On October 12, 2006 the Hearing Panel advised the Company that the panel had determined to delist the Company shares from the Nasdaq stock market and will suspend trading of the Company�s shares effective at the opening of business on Monday, October 16, 2006. The Company intends to appeal the decision. Notwithstanding such appeal, the Company understands that the delisting will not be delayed.
