Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

 

On August 28, 2024, ENDRA Life Sciences Inc. issued a press release (the "Press Release") disclosing the fact that it has been provided an extension from a Hearing Panel of the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) to regain compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market.  A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
