Online Resources Corporation (NASDAQ: ORCC), a leading provider of financial technology services, announced today from BAI Retail Delivery its Reseller Essentials platform, a high-value, easy, and quick-to-implement payment service. ORCC’s reseller partners can now manage clients by providing a single application that houses multiple client payment solutions. The single application allows for fast implementations while enabling biller clients to configure the branding, payment channel, and other aspects of its solution.

Reseller Essentials utilizes ORCC’s existing Payment Advantage suite as its underlying architecture, providing a proven, robust payment processing platform with a feature set tailored to the needs of smaller billers. Both resellers and their biller clients benefit from faster, lower-cost implementations and maintenance. Standardized solutions enable resellers to better manage client relationships, while biller clients have access to solutions that are simple and easy to configure. In addition, resellers can more easily expand relationships with smaller clients and benefit from more prevalent reseller branding.

“Our reseller channel is a core component of our corporate strategy,” said Janie West, chief marketing officer of ORCC. “With Reseller Essentials, we aim to improve our program and enhance the on-boarding experience for our reseller partners and their clients. We look forward to better serving the marketplace as well as expanding our partner network to provide more billing institutions with our industry leading Payment Advantage bill payment platform.”

Serving businesses as an industry leader in bill payment for more than 20 years, ORCC’s Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) solutions process over 90 million transactions annually for over 600 clients in the United States, including credit card companies, utilities, mortgage, healthcare, auto lending, telecom, and insurance companies. ORCC focuses on companies that have a recurring billing relationship with a consumer and who seek a feature-rich solution that provides an optimized, seamless bill pay experience for the end user.

Reseller Essentials is now available to ORCC’s existing partners and will be made available to new partners in early 2013.
