TORONTO, Dec. 13, 2024 /CNW/ - CT Real Estate Investment Trust ("CT REIT") (TSX: CRT.UN) announced today that the trustees of CT REIT have declared a distribution for the period of December 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 of $0.07710 per trust unit, payable January 15, 2025 to unitholders of record on December 31, 2024. This distribution, if annualized, would represent a rate of $0.92520 per annum.
