Partner Jet Corp. (TSX VENTURE: PJT) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Partner Jet Inc., are pleased to announce the following appointments:

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Ted Tofflemire will assume the position of Chief Executive Officer of Partner Jet Inc. effective 1 February 2009.

Mr. Tofflemire has been an employee of Partner Jet Inc. since May 2000. Mr. Tofflemire is currently a qualified Captain on the Gulfstream G200 aircraft and he has been the Operations Manager for Partner Jet Inc. since 2004. Ted has had considerable experience in the aviation industry and he was previously employed by the Canadian Armed Forces from 1967 to 1981.

The Board of Directors congratulate Ted on his appointment and look forward to working with him in the development and expansion of Partner Jet Corp. and its wholly owned subsidiaries.

Mr. Lee Heitman

Lee Heitman has been the CEO of Partner Jet Corp. and he will assume the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors. Lee will also continue as a member of the Board of Directors and continue his role as the Transport Canada Accountable Executive for both Partner Jet Inc. and PJet Maintenance Ltd. as well as the person responsible for maintenance.

Chief Financial Officer

Partner Jet Corp. is pleased to announce that Mr. R. Bruce Reilly, B. Comm., C.A., who is presently a director of Partner Jet Corp., has been appointed the Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Reilly brings over 20 years of senior management and public accounting experience to Partner Jet Corp. In addition, Mr. Reilly serves as a director of Platinex Inc. and has acquired considerable experience as a previous financial officer. Bruce operates a successful public accounting firm in the Greater Toronto Area with a specialty in public companies and he is a University of Toronto graduate (1983), a member of the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants (1985), and an Arthur Andersen & Co. alumnus.
