Titan Logix Corp., (TSX VENTURE:TLA), today announced that as a part of its
continued effort to meet sales demands, Fred Stipkovits has joined the company
as Sales Manager effective July 16, 2012. 


Fred brings a wealth of sales, technical and tank truck/trailer industry
experience from his position at a large aircraft refueling manufacturer. Fred's
previous areas of responsibility included product sales, equipment repairs, end
user training and technical consulting. Fred also served 10 years in U.S.
Homeland Security intelligence. His leadership experience, including business
management, sales and service, will benefit Titan's sales team.

CEO, Greg McGillis. "One of Fred's major focuses will be Titan's Total Customer
Care (TCC) program. This program will have Fred and his sales team connecting

into new market areas."


Fred will be based out of Titan's Kansas City, Missouri office after a period of
company training in Edmonton, Alberta.
