EARTH SCIENCE TECH, INC. (the “Registrant”) was unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-K for the period ended March 31, 2022 (the “Quarterly Report”) by the July 13, 2022 filing date applicable to smaller reporting companies due to a delay from review approval from both the registrant accounting firm and legal for the period ended March 31, 2022. The Registrant anticipates that it will file the Year End Report no later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed filing date.
