DALLAS, Jan. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of directors of
North Dallas Bank & Trust Co. (OTC:NODB) (BULLETIN BOARD: NODB)
announced today the following promotions: Julie Gates, Mary Martin,
Janis McKay and Teri Nahoolewa to vice president, Donna Brule to
banking officer, Albert Bustos to security officer and Brooke
Dunham to trust officer. Gates initially joined North Dallas Bank
as a Collections Teller in November of 1985, taking on the
responsibilities of processing drafts, collection items and issuing
official checks. In December 1995, she was appointed to banking
officer and Loan Operations Manager before being appointed to
assistant vice president in December 1997. As vice president, Gates
will continue to oversee the bank's loan operations area. Martin, a
35-year employee of North Dallas Bank, began her banking career as
a teller and was promoted to assistant vice president in July of
1979. Martin is responsible for managing the Dallas location's
drive-in banking facility. McKay, a 26-year industry professional,
joined North Dallas Bank in July of 2000 as assistant vice
president. As vice president, she will continue to manage
operations at the Las Colinas Banking Center. With over 15-years of
banking experience, Nahoolewa joined North Dallas Bank in August of
2004 as assistant vice president. As vice president, she will
continue to manage operations at the Addison Banking Center. Brule,
a 10-year employee of North Dallas Bank, began her career as a
teller at the Las Colinas Banking Center. In July 2003, she
obtained her current position. Brule will assist in managing the
deposit operations area of the bank. As a native of Somerset,
Pennsylvania, she earned an undergraduate degree in mathematics and
psychology from The University of Pittsburgh. Bustos began his
career in 1997 in the bank's mail distribution center. In March of
1999, he obtained his current position in cash management. Along
with his new responsibility of overseeing the bank's security
efforts, he will continue to assist in day-to-day cash management
activities. A five-year employee of North Dallas Bank, Dunham will
be responsible for personal trust accounts, IRAs, qualified plans
and investment management. She has an undergraduate degree in
speech communications from Baylor University. Married, she and her
husband are expecting their first child in March of 2007. Larry
