"Chuck" Tutterow, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary will assume the additional responsibilities of President-Stevens Urethane effective July 1, 2005. Mr. Tutterow replaces current President Richard W. Zimmer who is retiring June 30, 2005 after 20 years with JPS Industries, Inc. Michael L.
