Appointment of Director


The Board of Huntleigh is pleased to announce the appointment of Dominic
Hollamby, a Managing Director of N.M Rothschild & Sons, as a non-executive
director of the Group with effect from 1 July 2003.

Mr. Hollamby is Global Head of the Healthcare Group within N.M. Rothschild's
investment banking division, which he joined in 1998. Prior to that he was a
partner at Arthur Andersen.

The Board of Huntleigh looks forward to the wealth of industry experience he
will bring to the Group.

Other than the above, there is no information which would require disclosure
under paragraphs 6.F.2 (b) to 6.F.2 (g) of the Listing Rules.
