London, 30 April 2020 - Monaco Resources Group SAM, the guarantor and the parent company of MRG Finance UK plc ("the Issuer"), announces its results for the full year ended 31(st) December 2019.

Key Highlights

-- Group revenue increased to EUR 1.02 billion (versus EUR 809 million full year 2018), continuing on a solid growth trajectory

   --    Gross profit increased to EUR 251 million (versus EUR 128 million full year 2018) 
   --    EBITDA increased to EUR 101 million (versus EUR 54 million full year 2018) 

-- The Group maintains a strong liquidity position with EUR 151.3 million of cash and cash equivalents

Monaco Resources, through its port infrastructure and logistics subsidiary, R-Logitech SAM, completed the acquisition of Euroports Holdings in June 2019. The Group has since integrated the acquisition and will benefit from a full year's integration of earnings in 2020.

The Group's subsidiaries are in line with budget for the first quarter 2020, benefiting from their diverse and risk adverse business models.
