Announcement of Inside Information relating to Saffron Housing Trust Limited

Adam Ronaldson, Chief Executive and Stephen Flowitt-Hill, Director of Housing and Finance have both tendered their resignations to Saffron Housing Trust (the Association).

Whilst the Association looks to appoint to the two posts on a permanent basis, John Whitelock will continue to steer the organisation as acting CEO while Sally Anderson is acting as interim Finance Director.

The Association continues to work through a programme of improvements to ensure it has correct and robust governance structures that remain fit for purpose.
