Change of Accounting Year End

Ashley House plc ("Ashley House" or the "Company") the health and community care property partner announces that it intends to change its year end from 30(th) April to 30(th) June.

The Company announced on 15(th) December 2017 that it had entered into a joint venture, Morgan Ashley Care Developments LLP ("Morgan Ashley") with Morgan Sindall plc. Morgan Ashley has a 31(st) December financial year end. The change to a 30(th) June year end for the Company aligns reporting with the half year of Morgan Ashley.

The Company's current period will now be for fourteen months to 30(th) June 2019. This means that the team will be working to two statutory period ends of 31(st) December (interim for Ashley House and full year for Morgan Ashley) and 30(th) June (full year for Ashley House and interim for Morgan Ashley). The Company will provide interim accounts (six months) to 31(st) October 2018 and then the year end report and accounts for the fourteen month period from 1(st) May 2018 to 30(th) June 2019.

The interim results for the six months to 31(st) October 2018 will be released in the week commencing 28(th) January 2019.
