                          SUSPENSION OF TRADING ON AIM

Further to the previous trading update on 11th August, the Directors of the
Company believe that the Company will make greater losses than previously
anticipated on that date.  Following this, the Company is proposing to
restructure its business.  Trading in shares has been suspended at the Company's
request pending clarification of the financial situation of the Company and its
proposed restructuring.  A further announcement will be made in the near future
to provide further information.
