2013 ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

London Mining announces that it has today posted the Annual Report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 and a Notice of Annual General Meeting to all shareholders.

The Annual General Meeting of London Mining is to be held at the offices of Travers Smith LLP, 10 Snow Hill, London, EC1A 2AL on Thursday 15 May 2014 at 11.00 a.m. (BST).

Details of the resolutions to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting are set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
