Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 9, 2025, J. Page Lansdale resigned from the Board of Directors of Saul Centers, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Lansdale’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
