WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., July 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ITT Corporation, together with prime contractor Fluor Corporation (NYSE:FLR), today announced the companies have been awarded the U.S. Army Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP IV) contract. The Fluor/ITT team is one of three contractor teams selected by the U.S. Army Sustainment Command to deliver a broad range of essential logistics support services to U.S. and allied forces during combat, peacekeeping, humanitarian and training operations. The contract includes facilities, construction and services such as supply, transportation, communications and maintenance. The award is for one year with nine one-year renewal options and has a potential value of $5 billion per year per contractor team. All LOGCAP IV work will be bid by each of the three contractor teams and awarded as indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity task orders, with size and start dates determined by specific task order requirements. ITT's portion of the contract will be performed by ITT's Systems Division, headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colo.
