Item 8.01 Other Events.
On March 1, 2025, Lear Corporation (the “Company”) promoted Amanda J. Pontes to serve as the Company’s General Counsel. Ms. Pontes previously served as the Company’s Vice President, Global Legal and Corporate Secretary, and she will continue in the Corporate Secretary role. Ms. Pontes will continue to report to Harry A. Kemp, who oversees the legal, human resources, marketing and communications, and sustainability functions, as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer.
