On Feb. 27, 2025, we announced we will hold our 2025 annual meeting of shareholders at 9 a.m. Central Time on May 21, 2025, as a virtual meeting only. The meeting will be accessible through a live webcast. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

The record date for determining shareholders entitled to receive notice of the meeting and to vote is March 24, 2025.

Registration will open on April 2, 2025.
