On February 5th, 2020, Andy Weichu Sheng has resigned from his position as the Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) of America Great Health (the “Company”).
Effective April 1st, 2020, David Liu, will be appointed as the Company’s COO in replacement of Mr. Sheng. Mr. Liu has been a General Partner of a healthcare private equity firm Avoda Capital in Shanghai China; he’s also a founder and CEO of a healthcare management consulting company Cherokee Rose Group. Prior to that, he served as General Manager and Vice President of McKesson-US in its Asia Pacific region for ten years. Mr. Liu also served as COO one of the biggest e-commercial platform YesAsia.com in the past. Mr. Liu holds two Bachelor Degrees of Operational Research and Industrial Engineering Science, as well as a MBA Degree from Cornell University.
