-- Supplement to the Base Offering Circular dated 23 June 2022 in respect of the Global Medium Term Note Programme of the Federal Government of the United Arab Emirates acting through the Ministry of Finance (the "Supplement");

-- Pricing Supplement dated 28 June 2022 relating to the U.S.$1,750,000,000 4.050 per cent. Notes due 2032 issued by the Federal Government of the United Arab Emirates acting through the Ministry of Finance, pursuant to the Global Medium Term Note Programme (the "2032 Pricing Supplement"); and

-- Pricing Supplement dated 28 June 2022 relating to the U.S.$1,250,000,000 4.951 per cent. Notes due 2052 issued by the Federal Government of the United Arab Emirates acting through the Ministry of Finance, pursuant to the Global Medium Term Note Programme (the "2052 Pricing Supplement").

The 2032 Pricing Supplement and the 2052 Pricing Supplement should be read and construed in conjunction with the Supplement.
