Changes in Eesti Energia AS group structure

Today, on 28.07.2023, Eesti Energia has approved the intra-group sale and acquisition of Eesti Energia AS subsidiary Narva Soojusvõrk AS. As a result, the assets, rights, and obligations regarding Narva Soojusvõrk AS will be sold by Elektrilevi OÜ and acquired by Enefit Power AS. The described change is treated as an intra-group rearrangement that does not have any material effect on the assets and business activity of Eesti Energia AS group.
