In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R we would like to 
notify the market of the following: 
 
Invesco English and International Trust plc's issued share capital consists of 
21,169,163 ordinary shares of 25p each with voting rights. Invesco English and 
International Trust plc holds 2,100,000 ordinary shares in Treasury. 
 
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Invesco English and 
International Trust plc is 21,169,163. 
 
The figure 21,169,163 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the 
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their 
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Invesco English and 
International Trust plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
