PITTSBURGH, Nov. 2, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- NuEarth Corporation (Pink Sheets: NUEC) ("NuEarth"), a manufacturer and marketer of "Clean & Green" products and technology, today announced that it has received final approval on the first large scale follow-on contract from Marko Trading Limited ("Marko") of Abu Dhabi UAE for a minimum of $450,000 for the usage of the all-natural AquaSolv product line as a water retention product.

"This agreement is the first follow-on contract after the successful completion of the long term distribution Agreement with Marko signed in December 2009.  As a part of this agreement, NuEarth provided Marko with a supply of products on consignment for the first 6 months of the agreement.  We are pleased that Marko has had such wide spread success with our products.  Over the first 12 months of our relationship, Marko has added $983,000 to NuEarth's gross sales," said Yeshiva Silverman, NuEarth Corporation distributor and sales development manager.

NuEarth and Marko will continue to cooperate on retail product certification and have agreed to work together to secure support from key regional wholesale and free trade zone services to better ramp the expansion of the product distribution in the region. "The success of this relationship is a major milestone in our Company's progress and growth.  This contract represents the first follow-on contract for the use of the all natural and biodegradable AquaSolv in the Middle East as a water retention product," said Alfon Rosalini, COO of NuEarth.

"Our Laboratory staff at TerraSolv have been field-testing AquaSolv, as a water retention solution, under real world conditions over the last 12 months in the Middle East in cooperation with the Avalon Group Ltd with dramatic results," said Levi Modelevi CEO of NuEarth.  The use of AquaSolv has been proven to reduce water usage in regional landscaping by 36%.  AquaSolv has also been proven to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of some fertilizers in field trials by 14%.

TerraSolv / LIA is a state-of-the-art development and testing lab, which collects data from clients around the world to run projects simulations ranging from usability, capacity, spread and weather modeling testing.  The heart of the laboratory is a 299-gigabyte database of environmental and agricultural project records running on six HP servers and two Novell servers storing the data and running the modeling software.
