HRPT Properties Trust Announces Quarterly Preferred Dividends

HRPT Properties Trust (NYSE: HRP) today announced its regular quarterly preferred dividends as follows:

Series B Preferred Dividends

A distribution of $0.5469 per Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Share will be paid on or about February 16, 2010, to holders of record of Series B Preferred Shares at the close of business on February 1, 2010.

Series C Preferred Dividends

A distribution of $0.4453 per Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Share will be paid on or about February 16, 2010, to holders of record of Series C Preferred Shares at the close of business on February 1, 2010.

Series D Preferred Dividends

A distribution of $0.4063 per Series D Cumulative Convertible Preferred Share will be paid on or about February 16, 2010, to holders of record of Series D Preferred Shares at the close of business on February 1, 2010.
